You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receving any goods. In order to execute this right please email us on sales@providenceauto.uk.com or call us on 0208 004 3000. This requires your order number, for us to verify your purchase

You must send the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. We will process any refunds within 2 weeks of receiving your returned goods. Refunds will be credited to the card used in the original transaction.

All goods should be returned in re-saleable condition with their original packaging and documentation. If the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, we will arrange for collection of the item from you or pay for return postage.
